1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Yacht Dice Solo™ (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you ("User") and Cedric Ling doing business as 000D0™ ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all source code, graphics, user interfaces, audio, and visual content, is the property of 000D0™ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You acknowledge that you have no right to the App’s source code in any form.
• "Yacht Dice Solo™" and the "000D0™" name are trademarks of the Service Provider.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Exploit the App in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including but not limited to trespassing or burdening network capacity.

5. Updates and Changes

We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the App, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates").

Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the App. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any Updates or continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionalities.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 000D0™ expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 000D0™ or its owner be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or any other commercial damages or losses) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
