Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application (the "App") developed by Cedric Ling doing business as 000D0™ ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps.

2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our Apps strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Some Apps may offer "Premium Modes," "Extra Modes," or other virtual features through In-App Purchases (IAP).

• Transactions: All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You agree to comply with their respective terms of service.
• Final Sale: All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable by 000D0™, except as required by applicable law or store policy.
• No Ownership: Purchases grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access specific features within the App. You do not "own" the virtual items or code.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Apps, including all source code, graphics, user interfaces, audio, and visual content, are the property of 000D0™ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• "I Just Want to Play Yatzy™" and the "000D0™" name and logo are trademarks of the Service Provider.
• You acknowledge that you have no right to the source code of any App.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps.
• Use the Apps for any illegal purpose or to violate local, provincial, or international law.
• Circumvent or disable any digital rights management or security features.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 000D0™ disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 000D0™ or its owner shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Apps.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
